Returns Policy

  • Return Window: 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Refunds:
    • Returns receive store credit unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Conditions for Return:
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
    • No perfume, deodorant, or washing powder scents on returned items.
    • Shoes must be returned in their original box and tried only on soft surfaces.

Items That Cannot Be Returned:

  • Sale items (final purchase).
  • Accessories, lingerie, swimwear (without hygiene stickers), and bodysuits.
